  Metallographic Specimen Inlaying Machine

   

  Main functions

  XQ-2B metallographic specimen inlaying machine (hereinafter referred to as inlaying machine) is suitable for thermosetting plastic pressing of micro metallographic specimen which is not plastic shaping and is not easy to take. After forming, the sample can be easily polished and operated, and the microstructure can be determined under the metallographic microscope.

  The machine is a mechanical inlaying machine, which rotates the outer hand wheel of the body and drives the inner screw rod of the body through a pair of bevel gears to make the lower die of the pressing sample move up and down in the rigid mold sleeve. The forming pressure in the sample preparation process is automatically compensated by a spring fixed in the collective, and the pressing pressure of the sample can be indicated by a signal lamp.

  This inlaying machine is equipped with digital display temperature controller, which realizes real-time temperature display and temperature setting independently, and is equipped with timer, which realizes semi-automation of sample making and greatly improves work efficiency. The ideal smooth sample can be obtained after 8-10 minutes of sample preparation.
