Mechanical property inspection of deformed steel bar


Mechanical properties:


(1) Performance index: the inspection items to examine the mechanical properties of rebar include tensile test (tensile strength, yield strength, elongation), bending test (primary bending and reverse bending).


(2) Inspection method:

A. Tensile test method: Commonly used standard inspection methods are GB/T228-87, JISZ2201, JI SZ2241, ASTMA370, BS18, etc.

B. The bending test method: Commonly used standard inspection methods are GB/T232-88, JISZ2248, ASTM E290 and so on.
